Dairy products

The center is equipped with a real dairy for the prototype development of dairy products of various kinds

The equipment includes collection tanks and cold storage of the
milk, pasteurizers, homogenizer, centrifuge for skimming,
fermenter for yogurt, sink table
and tanks for the collection of curds and mozzarella.
An ice cream maker is also available. A steam generator and a fluid circulation system ensure the movement of large masses of raw material from the exchangers to the collection and fermentation tanks.
