Visit to the CAISIAL facilities by the delegation from the An-Najah National University, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine in Nablus, Palestine. Prof. Ola Anabtawi, Head of the Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Prof Alma Irshaid, Lecturer at Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Prof Mohammed Sabbah, Assistant Professor in Department of Nutrition and Food Technology, Head of Continuing Education Center, Head of Center of Excellence in Learning and Teaching and Prof Mohammed Altamimi, Assistant Professor in Department of Nutrition and Food Technology were welcomed by Prof Prospero Di Pierro responsible of Applied Enzymology in Food Processes at CAISIAL and Department of Agriculture Sciences of University of Naples “Federico II” and Prof Gianluigi Mauriello coordinator of international course in Food and Nutrition Science at the Department of Agriculture Science, a double degree between An-Najah National University and University of Naples Federico II.
